THE COMPUTER GUYS WARRANTY PLEDGE

 

#1 We, The Computer Guys, will handle any virus/spyware problems that arise with any new or refurbished system purchased from us for a standard period of one year from the date of purchase.  The Computer Guys reserve the right to format the hard drive and restore the system back to its original state.  We fully expect our customers to have current back-ups of important data.  There is a minimum $50 charge if we have to save data.

#2 We, The Computer Guys, will handle any hardware problems that arise due to normal wear and tear on any new or refurbished system purchased from us for a standard period of one year from the date of purchase.  The Computer Guys will not cover any damage caused by power surges, lightning strikes, floods, or any damage caused by acts of negligence, carelessness, accident or abuse.**This does not include batteries or LCD mechanical features such as hinges or bezels. **

#3 We, The Computer Guys, will provide any customer who purchases a laptop from us with a loaner laptop if one is needed.

EXTENDED WARRANTY OPTIONS

The Computer Guys offer extended versions of the warranty listed above.  All work is performed by The Computer Guys and not a third party.  There are one year and two year options available which must be purchased within 30 days of the original sale date. These extended warranties do not cover laptop batteries.
